Martin Berresford
I started working with wood 4 years ago at The University of Derby.
By the end of my time there, I had embarked upon a mission to engineer a number of kinetic wind sculptures that were not only aesthetically pleasing, but were also functional.
Since leaving University, I have delved into the finer details of my work on the wood lathe, striving for perfection and precision in every item I produce.
My most current projects include clocks, furniture and wall sculptures and are based loosely on my kinetic sculptureās work from University. They have a finer quality of detail and allow me to express my creativity and unique style of woodworking.
